Planning

First of all we get to know you, get a feel for your abilities and playing experience, your budget, how much golf you want to play (non-stop we hope!), how much you are willing to travel and whether you expect to indulge in plenty of "apres-golf"! We can make a preliminary evaluation by reviewing your Enquiry Form, but we like to follow this up with plenty of verbal communication. Only when we have a clear idea of your requirements, we will design a schedule with you that best meets your needs.

Execution

Of course we will book tee-times, hotel rooms, cars and any necessary internal flights, but our service goes far beyond that. Getting a golf vacation right is almost a military operation - you want to get the most out of the time you have, but without ever feeling rushed. We take into account drive times, members only tee times, the length of a round at each course, stopping for lunch, stopping for dinner, stopping for another beer, sleeping, hangovers and all the other little things that a group of golfers are likely to get up to and focus on getting the logistics right. We will send you a detailed timetable that contains all these details, and if you are driving yourself we'll supply you with a detailed package of driving directions. We don't want to allow for any foreseeable problems,

Contingencies

As all of us know, sometimes things don't quite go the way they were planned. The British Isles is particularly prone to a little divine intervention, and we will do everything we possibly can to deal with the unforeseen. We like to keep in touch with our clients during their vacation and check into to ensure that everything is going to plan. We also keep a sharp eye on the weather, we like to anticipate problems before they arise. As a final precaution, we issue you with a 24 hour emergency contact number.

British Isles Links Golf is not a high volume business, we are not looking to be the biggest Golf Tour Operator in the business. A little like Macgregor, we will be satisfied being the best.
