| Payment
Payment is due as
follows:
- A deposit equal to 20%
of the total vacation price at the time of booking or as
otherwise agreed between British Isles Links Golf and the
customer.
- Balance is payable one
month prior to arrival date.
Payment must be made by
Credit Card - VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.
Cancellations Policy
In the event that the
customer wishes to cancel the vacation, the following policy
will apply:
- For cancellations
notified more than one month prior to arrival date, deposit will
be retained by British Isles Links Golf;
- For cancellations
within one month of arrival, British Isles Links Golf will
retain the higher of:
- The deposit;
- All non-recoverable
expenses incurred plus an administration fee equal to GBP50
per golfer.
- For cancellations
within 48 hours of arrival, British Isles Links Golf will make
no refunds.
In the event that the
vacation is cancelled by British Isles Links Golf, all monies
will be returned to the customer.
Changes to Itinerary
In the event that changes
are made to the itinerary by the client within one month of the
arrival date, there will be a fee for each change equal to GBP25
plus the incremental costs of the change.
Weather
British Isles Links Golf
accepts no responsibility for the weather! In the event that
there is bad weather, British Isles Links Golf undertakes to
take all reasonable steps to make any possible alternative
arrangements, with costs incurred charged to the customer.

Golf Responsibilities
British Isles Links Golf
agrees to the following:
- To provide the
customer with a detailed itinerary that works;
- Upon receipt of the
deposit, to take all necessary steps to secure reservations
for accommodation, tee times and transport as agreed in the
itinerary;
- Upon receipt of the
balance, to make final payment for green fees, accommodation
and transport.
- If the tour is
self-drive, to provide the customer with comprehensive
driving directions;
- To provide a 24 hour
emergency contact number, and deal with emergencies as they
arise.
Customer
Responsibilities
The customer agrees to
the following:
- To meet all necessary
Passport / VISA requirements for entering the United Kingdom
& Ireland
- Where car hire is
provided, to have a valid driving license and a driver
between the ages of 23 and 75
- To arrange all
necessary travel insurance;
- To make all necessary
travel arrangements to arrive at the agreed starting point
of the tour at the agreed date and time;
- In the event of
internal travel arranged by British Isles Links Golf, to
arrive at the time advised by British Isles Links Golf;
- To carry a handicap
certificate and meet all requirements of the golf clubs
included in the Itinerary.
- To arrive 30 minutes
in advance of all scheduled tee-times.
Liability
The customer acknowledges
that British Isles Links Golf acts only as the agent for the
actual suppliers of transportation and all other travel-related
and golf services and accommodations. British Isles Links Golf
assumes no responsibility for, and the customer will release
British Isles Links Golf from, any claim, cause of action, loss,
expense, injury or damage that any participant may incur
relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline,
hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its
obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the
negligence or willful misconduct of any third party in
connection with the performance of its obligation to provide
goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil
disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any
other event or action not within the control of British Isles
Links . Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where
deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the client or
changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our
itinerary.
